LOCATION: Virtual meeting

TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Merrickville-Wolford (“the Village”) will hold a Public Meeting on September 22, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. in the way of a virtual meeting to consider a by-law to adopt new fees for Sewage System permits, including amended building fees and charges under Section 7(6) of the Building Code Act, and other charges.

Effective September 1, 2022 the Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit (LGLDHU) will transfer authority for Sewage Systems inspections and permits to local municipalities and it is proposed that the Village adopt the current fee structure now being charged by the LGLDHU as indicated in the chart attached to this Notice.
