The Corporation of the Village of Merrickville-Wolford is subject to strict provincial legislation regarding financial matters. Annual budgets are traditionally passed by Council in March or April. Council receives a draft budget from the administration working group and holds a public information session at the town hall prior to approving the final budget. Annual budgets are available for viewing on-line once approved by Council.
