🎃 The Ghouls and Gains Halloween Powerlifting Meet 👻

Join us on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at the Merrickville Community Center for a full-day celebration of strength, community, and Halloween spirit!

This full power meet (squat, bench, and deadlift) is open to lifters of all levels — from first-timers to seasoned competitors. Costumes are welcome (but singlets are required on the platform), and we’ll have spooky décor, medals, and prizes that bring out the Halloween fun.

Whether you’re here to lift or to cheer, expect an electric atmosphere filled with heavy lifts, loud support, and a community that celebrates every personal best.
