Do you have a household item in need of repair?  Before you toss it,  stop by the Repair Café at Merrickville Public Library. 

Skilled volunteers will be on hand to provide advice and help to repair small appliances, textiles, and electronics. No need to make an appointment, just drop by with your broken item and we will do our best to help out. If you know you need a replacement part, be sure to bring it along.
