- Yoga from 10-11am
- Sound Bath from 11:15am-12:00pm
- Gratitude Activity from 12:00-12:40pm
- Complimentary Lunch from 1:00-2:00pm
- Hyrox Beginner-Friendly Circuit from 2:00pm- 3:30pm
