Do you have small household items in need of repair? Toaster no longer working? Lamp won’t turn on? Hem ripped? Is your bicycle road ready? Come to the Repair Café at the Merrickville Library.

The next Repair Café is on Sat, May 9 from 11:00 to 2:00.  In addition to providing free general repairs for small appliances, textiles, electric devices and other household items, our skilled volunteers will be offering tune-ups and maintenance tips for bikes, scooters, and skateboards!  It’s a perfect way to keep times out of the landfill and to get ready for the spring and summer season.

Merrickville Repair Cafés are co-organized by Sustainable Merrickville-Wolford and the Merrickville Public Library. There is no cost for this service, although small donations are appreciated for any work done. If you have any questions, please contact the Merrickville Public Library.
