Residents are invited to attend a community meeting to discuss the impacts of existing
and proposed housing developments in Merrickville-Wolford.
This meeting is not about opposing development.
It is an opportunity for residents to have a constructive conversation about how growth
should take place in a small rural municipality and what it may mean for:
• municipal services and infrastructure
• farmland and the environment
• village and rural character
• long-term sustainability of our community

An invitation to attend has been extended to the Mayor, members of Council, and
municipal staff.

This meeting gives residents an opportunity to share perspectives and identify community priorities that can be communicated to Council.
