- Application to amend Zoning Bylaw 23-08, as amended, Village of Merrickville-Wolford;
- A public meeting regarding the zoning bylaw amendment
Subject Lands
The subject property for this Zoning Amendment is described as Block 70, Lots 1 to 6, Plan 6, Village of Merrickville, Collar Hill, Village of Merrickville Wolford.
Public Meeting
A public meeting to inform the public of the proposed zoning amendment will be held in person and will be open to the public in Council Chambers on June 10th, 2024 at 7:00 p.m
Purpose and Effect
The proposed amendment upon coming into force and effect, would rezone the subject property from “Development (D)” to “Residential Density Two (R2)” to permit five (5) semidetached dwellings (10 units) and one (1) three-unit townhouse dwelling on the subject property. The intent is to permit a total of 13 residential units on full municipal sewer and water services.
