Starter Company Plus Program is a free program designed to help entrepreneurs launch, expand or grow their businesses. This competitive program provides free business training, mentorship and the opportunity to pitch for a small grant. To be eligible for this program, you must attend one of the in-person or virtual information sessions being hosted by United Counties of Leeds and Grenville Economic Development.
There are two dates and locations for in-person sessions:
Elgin Municipal Complex

Eastons Corners Centennial Hall
43 Park Street, Eastons Corners
Date: August 19
Info Session: 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.
There are two virtual information sessions:
Date: August 26th from 4:oo - 5:00 p.m.
Date: September 9th from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.
They will also be providing free, confidential consultations to help small business owners take their next step in starting a new business or strengthening an existing one in new locations. Whether you are looking for advice on where to start, developing your business plan or cash flow projections, understanding government regulations, exploring grant opportunities, or accessing workshops, and business resources, they are here to help you!
