Watermain/hydrant flushing will take place between October 2nd and October 31st, 2024 during the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
As a result of the flushing, water may be slightly discoloured or brown/reddish water. The water is entirely safe, however may not be aesthetically pleasing. To resolve the issue, run your taps for a short time until the colour is no longer present. Weekly sampling is being conducted to ensure safe water.

This mandatory program aims to upgrade any remaining older water meters to a new Radio Meter system at no charge to the resident. Your contact information will only be shared with Neptune Technology Group and OCWA to facilitate the installation process.
